Join Helene Knott as she shows a way to create a fun quilt that uses up scraps you may have.  She will go thru how to create the scrappy strip and then how to put those together to create the quilt.

This quilt is a great way to use up scraps left from other projects. The freestyle piecing technique is simple and needs very little precision until the final squaring of the blocks and as such is suitable for quilters of all skill levels. The quilt goes together very quickly and is an excellent choice for a utility or charity quilt. As the block construction process is based on ratios, it is easy to resize the blocks for any size of quilt you wish to make. The class will cover block construction only; setting options will be discussed but not done in class.
