Quick Start to Quilting

Quick start to quilting is an 8 session class series designed to take you through the quilt-making process from start to finish.

- Beginning with essential tools and color selection, you’ll build your skills step by step as you learn accurate cutting, nesting seams, and strip piecing all while creating classic blocks such as the four-patch, pinwheel, and nine-patch.

- From there, you’ll assemble your quilt into rows, add borders, make a quilt sandwich, and learn straight-line machine quilting before finishing your project with binding.

- With time built in to practice, ask questions, and catch up as needed, this series is perfect for new quilters who want hands-on guidance while completing a quilt of their own.

Just bring yourself to the first class. No need to gather supplies yet. We will talk about various tools and supplies and then you can decide what you need.
